Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities
Develop and implement strategic Account Plans while reporting on revenue and headcount growth
Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to promote and sell services
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management or related roles in the IT / Tech Industry
Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Experience in developing long-term relationships with clients
Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a related IT degree is a plus
