Admin Specialist - Work Order / Inventory Control

Summary :

Performs duties of an Administrative Associate but with some authority to step outside confines of established procedures. They are also considered the subject matter authority in the administrative area for the department / clinic.

Responsibilities :

• Managingdepartmentalsupplies and distribution.
• Manage work requests assignmentsandsupportdepartmentstaffwithcoordinating work as needed.
• Updating work status and distributing periodicstatus reports.
• UsingMSOfficeandotherapplicablesoftwareapplicationstocreatedocuments,spreadsheets,andpresentations.
• Problem-solvingadministrativechallengesandimplementingeffectivesolutions.
• Customerservicetorespondtoinquiries,provideinformation,andresolvecomplaints.
• Receive materials and supplies into the Accounting system for reconciliation purposes.
