Closing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the closing process by managing documentation and ensuring compliance with guidelines

Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to facilitate timely loan closings

Monitor loan closing timelines and assist with disbursing loan funds according to company policies

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in mortgage closing, loan coordination, or a related role

Strong understanding of Non-QM loan products and mortgage closing procedures

Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and mortgage document management software

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
