Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Admission Nurse (RN), you will be the first clinical touchpoint for new clients, setting the tone for their care journey. Your role includes :

Client Onboarding : Welcome and orient new clients with professionalism and empathy.

Comprehensive Assessments : Conduct detailed OASIS assessments to capture each clients clinical needs.

Care Planning : Apply the nursing process to develop individualized, goal-driven care plans.

Collaboration : Partner with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Education & Safety : Initiate client and family education, covering safety protocols and expectations.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a mature, experienced, and clinically strong RN who is passionate about the nursing profession and committed to excellence.

Active RN license in Missouri

Minimum 3 years of home health experience

At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented demeanor
