With offices in North Alabama, Florida & South Carolina, we're only growing from here and we want you to be a part of it!
What are we looking for ?
We are seeking a Low-Voltage Technician to join our crew in Berkeley, South Carolina . As a Low-Voltage Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various low-voltage systems, such as security systems, fire alarm systems, and CCTV systems. This position will be in an industrial and commercial setting and will ensure that all low-voltage systems are installed professionally and to the specifications of our clients.
The Responsibilities
- Perform installations, maintenance, repairing and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems to specifications, blueprints, and industry standards.
- Identifying, pulling, labeling, terminating and test category 5 and category 6 and fiber optic cable.
- Installation of various types of pathway support structures such as J-hooks, cable tray, and support rings.
- Coordinate with project manager and keep open line of communication on progress of project via daily logs, emails, phone calls, etc.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while representing I.C.E. Contractors, Inc.
- Ensure OSHA and Site-Specific safety compliance by following safety guidelines and practices continuously while on the job site.
