Essential Duties / Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to) :
While working to achieve N3B LLCC objectives, will ensure all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner; will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety, security and quality an integral part of every task; including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security.
Leads work activities of administrative personnel as they relate to document control and records management, and data and record disposition requirements.
Responsible for establishing and managing the activities of all assigned phases of one or more administrative sections to assure efficient and timely completion of assigned missions.
Performs duties with opportunity for exercise of initiative, independent judgment and discretion under limited supervision. Is accountable for the results of the actions taken by subordinates.
Minimum Qualifications :
Comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts, techniques, and best practices in document control / records management requirements.
Ability to identify and implement changes to improve work processes.
Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
Ability to interpret and respond to frequent requests identified with management responsibilities.
Ability to interface with internal and external customers.
Ability to use computer applications including Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat, understanding of database design and application development.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through the oral and written word.
Ability to organize own work independently in order to meet established objectives, using discretion in performing duties.
Ability to have major impact on organizational success and productivity, with considerable latitude for independent judgment.
Ability to communicate effectively at the highest levels.
Ability to develop and lead projects, including defining scope, objectives and methods
Ability to train and mentor more junior staff.
Can be viewed as a capable independent contributor and as competent within the broad discipline.
Level of language skills, mathematical skills, communication skills, reasoning ability and computer skills necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
Education and Experience Required :
Bachelors' degree in appropriate discipline; however, a combination of education and relevant experience wherein the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the position’s duties and responsibilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
The career level of the position will be determined by the years of relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; after a candidate has been chosen.
