We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and child-centered School Administrator
to support the daily operations of our early childhood private school. This role is essential
to ensuring smooth school operations, strong communication, and a welcoming
environment for children, families, and staff.
Position Overview
The School Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the school
leadership team. This position serves as a key point of contact for families and staff,
helping maintain compliance, organization, and professionalism throughout the school.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities
- Support daily school operations and administrative functions
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for families, staff, and visitors
- Manage student enrollment records, attendance, and documentation
- Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and personnel records
- Support compliance with state licensing and school policies
- Maintain accurate files, reports, and communication logs
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and school communications
- Assist with supply ordering and organization
- Support leadership with special projects and school initiatives
Qualifications
High school diploma required; CDA, college coursework or degree preferredAt least 3 years of early childhood classroom experience.At least 1 year of early childhood admin / front office experience.Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an early childhood or educational settingStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyProficiency with basic office software and technologyPositive, professional, and family-friendly demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer
