Ability to plan your own schedule and manage a sales territory effectively. Confidence in cold calling, presenting, and closing sales. We furnish leads as well as cold calling. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Competitive base pay with commission and bonus potential. Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Commercial Account Sales Representative
Terminix Service, Inc., a locally owned and family-operated company, has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Account Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who's self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives on building relationships and helping businesses find solutions to their pest management needs. You'll have the flexibility to work from home, while reporting to our corporate office in Columbia, SC once a month.
What You'll Do :
- Prospect and cold call on commercial leads throughout the Asheville areas.
- Identify potential customers, assess needs, and recommend the right service solutions.
- Calculate and assemble professional proposals and present them to customers.
- Follow up and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial accounts.
