Location : Remote (Occasional weekend work at month-end)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (Saturday / Sunday when month ends on a weekend)

About the Role

We are seeking an Indirect Loan Processor Specialist I to support our Dealer Services Operations team. This role involves reviewing, auditing, and funding loan applications through the Credit Union Direct Lending program. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional service to both members and dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit loan documentation from vehicle dealerships.
• Research missing information and resolve discrepancies with dealership personnel.
• Verify application data for accuracy prior to funding.
• Identify potential fraud indicators in loan documentation.
• Approve and disburse loans according to established guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering laws.
• Fund dealerships with appropriate administrative fees.
• Assist with reporting and departmental tasks as needed.
• Communicate loan status updates to management and staff.
• Support other lending areas as assigned.

Qualifications

One year in a lending or contract review position preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
