Position Overview

As a Remote School Psychologist, youll provide essential psychological services to K12 students throughout Virginia. This fully remote role includes conducting virtual assessments, offering online counseling, and supporting the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Youll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine special education eligibility

Provide virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support as needed

Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and BIPs to promote student progress

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to enhance student outcomes

Qualifications

Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field

Active Virginia School Psychologist license

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting

Prior teletherapy experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual team
