Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Collector I to join their Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Establish repayment behaviors with customers and negotiate payment plans

Maintain detailed records of customer communications and payment agreements

Achieve department KPIs and recommend improvements for collections systems

Required Qualifications

2+ years of collections, recovery, or sales experience

Call center experience

High school diploma or GED

Experience achieving metric and quality performance

Experience contributing to policies and procedures
