Key Responsibilities
Lead relationships with program stakeholders to develop educational content and program structure
Direct the strategic planning and implementation of the Obesity Medicine Continuing Education Program
Oversee instructional design and ensure the quality and outcomes of learning materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 10 years of program management experience in medical education or related fields
Expertise in developing learning objectives and assessment tools aligned with certification standards
Experience with learning management systems and instructional design methodologies
Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure program sustainability
