Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will lead and strengthen the organization's quality systems across production and maintenance. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence.

What You'll Do

• Ensure Compliance : Maintain ISO 9001 : 2015 certification and lead efforts toward IATF 16949 accreditation
• Audit & Review : Conduct internal audits, prepare detailed reports, and facilitate Management Review meetings to uphold quality standards.
• Customer & Internal Support : Respond to technical inquiries and quality concerns from customers and management promptly and effectively.
• Continuous Improvement : Develop and implement programs that enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Quality Standards : Define and enforce acceptance criteria for products and processes, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Corrective & Preventive Actions : Investigate issues, generate solutions, and track progress to prevent recurrence.
• Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and summarize quality metrics for reporting and decision-making.

Salary Range : $80,000-$90,000
