Hardware Engineering Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and skilled Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of test and measurement products across the Fluke portfolio. The role will oversee a team of electrical engineers and drive product development from concept through launch, collaborating with mechanical engineering, product management, firmware / software, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical hardware engineers.
• Develop and implement hardware development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all aspects of design, development, and testing of hardware products.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
