JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, manage, and enhance the company’s brand image and core values.

Oversee brand identity assets including logo, color palette, typography, and slogan to ensure consistency.

Plan and execute brand campaigns to build awareness and customer loyalty.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine brand strategies.

Create engaging brand stories and campaigns that foster customer connection.

Track performance of branding activities and provide actionable recommendations.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT outsourcing or technology sector.

English communication ability is a plus.

Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.

Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging materials that attract customers.

Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
