Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist | Saint Louis, Missouri

A school-based position is available in Saint Louis, MO, seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic services to students. This contract role offers the opportunity to work directly within an educational environment, supporting the physical development and rehabilitation needs of children.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective therapy programs
• Monitor progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing
• Experience providing skilled physical therapy in a school setting preferred
