About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Software Development with a focus on low-code tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing these tools to automate workflows. This role involves troubleshooting issues, analyzing performance, and rolling out improvements, as well as gathering stakeholder needs and translating them into clear application requirements. The VP will also manage the tech-stack roadmap, ensure software standards and compliance, and partner with various departments to meet firm controls and drive adoption.

Applicants must have a proven track record in developing and managing low-code tools and platforms, a strong understanding of software compliance standards, and experience in embedding them into solutions. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills for user training and support, as well as the ability to integrate AI considerations into workflows. A background in B2B marketing, sales strategy, or brand marketing is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at tracking progress, flagging risks, and providing clear updates to stakeholders, while also being proactive in researching and implementing new tools to keep the tech stack innovative.
