• Solve Problems: Troubleshoot issues, manage returns, and handle escalations with a calm, solution-focused mindset.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Shipping, Accounting, and Materials to ensure smooth order processing.
• Keep It Organized: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage key account orders from start to finish.

📍 Work Environment
