Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. While working in this role you will get cross trained in a variety of departments and perform duties such as general production, machine operation, and assembly. Will train!

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and build units independently.
• Conduct wire soldering and small assemblies with precision.
• Execute microscope assembly and visual inspections.
• Collaborate with research and development engineers on non-standard builds.
• Review and update documents and computer records.
• Utilize various tools beyond standard hand assembly tools.
• Update raw material logs and batch record reports.
• Measure raw materials used in the manufacturing lab.
• Run company macros to set times, voltages, and calibrate products.
• Create enzymes that react with glucose for sensor calibration.
• Manage batch processes efficiently, handling multiple batches concurrently.
• Demonstrate effective time management and adaptability.
