Front Desk Coordinator - NuTeeth Dental Implant Center (Richardson, TX)
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Patient-Focused Environment

Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others? NuTeeth Dental Implant Center in Richardson is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who brings warmth, professionalism, and organization to every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and daily scheduling
• Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and appointment confirmations
• Collect payments, verify insurance, and assist with treatment plan coordination
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth front office operations
• Be a key liaison between patients and the clinical team

Who You Are

• Friendly, outgoing, and highly organized
• A clear communicator who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using dental software (Open Dental a plus)
• Calm under pressure and committed to providing excellent patient care
• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
