Dental Dreams LLC in Lansing, MI desires to hire dental professionals who are passionate about their role in providing healthcare to others. Dental Assistants are a very key and integral part to dental healthcare operations and success. If you are someone who values the skills you have obtained as a certified and licensed Dental Assistant or Oral Radiology Technician, then we would love to welcome you into our dental healthcare family.

We also welcome applications from entry-level Dental Assistants and those recently graduated or currently in a Dental Assistant program!

Your Impact :

  • Day to Day Operations

Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.

  • Operate oral radiology equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
  • Patient Service and Engagement

    • Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.

  • Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
  • Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
  • Ensure quality service is always provided.

    • Requirements :

  • Previous Dental Assistant Experience (Preferred)
  • Bilingual - Spanish (a plus)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills

    • Pay : Up to $21 / hr with DA experience
