Overnight IRD Cook

JF Restaurants is looking for an experienced Overnight In-Room Dining Cook at the Wall Street Hotel . This role will ensure In-Room Dining services run smoothly in the kitchen, while upholding the food quality.

Responsibilities :

• Receive and prepare all overnight orders from guest rooms.
• Execute all food items and mise-en-place with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding product quality and inventory levels.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and purpose in all tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards.
• Ensure all the products and prepared items are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated following FIFO (first in, first out).
• Perform station break-downs and deep cleaning duties with pride and professionalism.
• All other responsibilities assigned by Management.
