We set the standard for service, integrity, and community connection. 2026 Salary Range: $74,742 $105,267 ($35.93 $50.60/hr). Hiring Incentive/Bonus: Up to $3,500 for entry-level; $5,000 for qualified lateral hires. Salary increases on anniversary date + 6% COLA increase January 2027 Career & Lifestyle Specialties: Opportunities in SWAT, K9, Investigations, SRO, and Drug Task Force. 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off.
