About the Role


Forthright Case Management is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Nurse Case Management Sales Representative to generate referrals and grow partnerships across insurance, employer, healthcare, and government sectors. This is a client-facing, high-travel sales role focused on promoting our nurse case management services.

Key Responsibilities


-Prospecting & New Business Development

• Identify, engage, and nurture prospective referral sources, including insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, and employers.
  
  
• Research markets, initiate outreach, schedule meetings, and conduct presentations.
  
  
• Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, and association meetings.
  
  

-Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to educate clients on nurse case management benefits.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
  
  
• Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.

• Maintain an accurate and active pipeline in the CRM.

• Ensure client satisfaction and assist with issue resolution.

-Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
  
  
• Reliable vehicle
  
  
• Auto insurance (minimum $100,000)
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  
  
• Ability to travel extensively: ~4 states per month (up to 48 states per year)

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field
  
  
• 2+ years of experience in:
