Job Description

EarthCam is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Engineer / Technical Writer to join our Engineering team in New Jersey. This role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and improving internal processes and systems to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability across engineering and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of translating complex technical information into clear, structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, and process documentation
• Translate engineering systems and workflows into clear, professional documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Review, revise, and standardize documentation across teams and systems
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Quickly learn internal systems and adapt documentation to evolving requirements
• Support engineering operations by ensuring documentation reflects real-world workflows
