Farmers Insurance is proud to offer the Protege Program, an immersive training initiative designed to equip aspiring insurance professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to build a successful career in the insurance industry. As a participant in the Protege Program, you will gain valuable insights into the inner workings of an insurance agency, learn how to develop client relationships, and receive support in obtaining relevant industry licenses. This program is ideal for individuals looking to jumpstart their careers and prepare for future roles within the Farmers network.
