• Teach students using the Mathnasium Method and our proven curriculum
• Supervise and coach instructors to ensure an effective learning environment
• Assign students to instructors and maintain balanced studentteacher ratios
• Review and update student learning plans and mastery checks
• Administer and grade student assessments
• Communicate student progress to parents using Mathnasium reports
• Ensure smooth daily operations when the Center Director is unavailable
• Create a positive engaging and productive learning atmosphere
  
  

• Consistent availability MondayFriday 27 PM
• Strong math skills through Algebra II and Geometry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dependable proactive and team-oriented
  
  

• Experience teaching or tutoring math (middle school high school or college level)
• Knowledge of higher-level math (Precalculus Trigonometry)
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience in an academic setting
