[job_card.job_description]Multispecialty FQHC Facility providing community health care for the Albuquerque and Santa Fe communities Founded in 1996 with 3 locations. Inclusive “We Care” culture Location : Albuquerque, NM Family Medicine Primary Care Average Volume : 20 patients per day (2.6 per hour) Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday : 8a-5p 32 Hours of Clinical 8 hours Admin per week System-wide Athena EMR Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages. Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions. Group provides primary care, HIV, and Hepatitis C, behavioral health, and pharmacy services The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care. Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal medicine. Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Able to hold a New Mexico state Medical License Rich cultural and historical diversity. 310 days of sunshine, combined with a mild, dry climate and four distinct seasons! Benefits :
- Salary : $250,000 - $280,000 / year based on Experience
- Ability to earn another 15% annually in bonuses
- Great work / life balance with generous time off plans. 5 Weeks (200hrs) of PTO available for full time providers.
- CME - $3,000 and 5 Days. And additional balance of $1,000 for Licensure / Professional Memberships & Subscriptions.
