Job Summary

As a Claims CSR, you will play a vital role in assisting adjusters with the initial contact with insureds. You will be responsible for completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims. Become a part of our dynamic team that is dedicated to helping one another.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by taking and processing their claims.
• Assist the adjuster with the initial contact with insureds, and assist in completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims.
• Perform functions necessary to assist adjusters to meet customer needs and conserve business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Computer experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience preferred.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to spell correctly.
• Ability to perform job adequately by end of 6 months.
