• Job Type : Part-time
• Pay : $16- $18 per hour
• Schedule : 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Night shifts, Holidays, and Weekends

Job Overview

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining professional relationships with guests. This role involves various clerical duties and requires prompt and courteous resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Additionally, the Night Auditor handles financial transactions and reports, ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's nightly audit.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process reservations via phone, fax, and mail.

Check in and out guests efficiently.

Maintain the company’s professional reputation by providing superior customer service.
