The Avante at Orlando Occupational Therapist will provide and direct services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under physicians' orders.

Job Functions Include:

• Ability to assess residents in need of skilled occupational therapy intervention.
• Ability to interpret and communicate results of assessments.
• Ability to design and execute appropriate treatment plans.
• Ability to document daily care as per established guidelines.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for O.T.R.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
• 0-3 years of long-term care experience.

Background Screening Requirement:

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
