A company is looking for a Compensation Partner to design and manage compensation structures for healthcare providers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain compensation models aligned with organizational goals
Analyze market pay rates to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations
Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations for staffing and compensation adjustments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or healthcare administration
3-7+ years of experience in compensation analysis within a healthcare setting
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
