The Technical Assistance Specialist role will conduct training and outreach, provide one-on-one support, and serve as a liaison between participants, their technical vendors, and NC HIEA s technical partners, including SAS and J2 Interactive. This role supports statewide outreach and education efforts to help health care providers understand, access, and effectively use NC HealthConnex, North Carolina s Health Information Exchange (HIE). Working Title : NC HIEA Technical Assistance Coordinator
