Manufacturing Engineer – Mid/Senior Level

Salary: $85K–$120K + Bonus + Benefits

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll design and improve production workflows, implement lean processes, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and support automation and CNC operations. Your work will directly impact efficiency, quality, and cost savings.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and production workflows
• Support new product introductions (NPI)
• Drive continuous improvement using lean and process analytics
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams
• Train staff on new processes and equipment

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering (CNC, automation, or industrial machinery experience preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, or production equipment
• Experience with lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
