Multi-State RN Telephone Triage

A company is looking for a RN Telephone Triage (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities

Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms

Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms

Assist in directing patients to the appropriate level of care

Required Qualifications

Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions

2+ years of RN experience

Proficiency in computer usage with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm

Ability to handle confidential information; HIPAA compliance is mandatory

High-speed internet connection and a suitable remote workstation
