Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand and promote the company's product range, ensuring clients receive solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain a full and healthy pipeline to consistently close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in the Plastics and Packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Netsuite is preferred but not required) and Microsoft Office Suite.
