The Program Manager will oversee packaging programs from concept through mass production, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop packaging structure and visual design. This role is highly execution-focused, with day-to-day responsibilities centered on file management, work orders, purchase requests, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Manage packaging programs from early concept through mass production
Create purchase requisitions and support invoice approvals
Generate and manage work orders for packaging artwork development
Own packaging BOMs, file routing, annotations, revisions, and approvals using internal documentation systems
Compare, contrast, and quality-check packaging files with high attention to detail
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of packaging samples
Manage program schedules, build plans, and key milestones
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Operations, Marketing)
Support packaging reliability testing alongside packaging engineers
Partner with packaging suppliers on development, sampling, and revisions
2+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience managing schedules, deadlines, and multiple deliverables
High attention to detail with ability to quality-check design files
Familiarity with file documentation systems and/or BOM management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience with packaging development or graphic design
Exposure to consumer electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments
Experience working with external suppliers and vendors
Bachelor’s degree required
Background in Project Management, Packaging, Graphic Design, Engineering, or related field preferred
