A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter responsible for analyzing and evaluating non-QM mortgage loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

Render approval or denial of mortgage loan applications in accordance with regulations and guidelines

Analyze and evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers through financial documentation review

Underwrite and recommend approvals or denials for government loans and non-conforming products

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Underwriter

1+ year of experience with Non-QM and / or Jumbo loans

Knowledge of current regulations governing mortgage lending

Familiarity with investor and agency guidelines

Experience with Encompass preferred
