Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will,

Shift: Day or Swings | Pay: $16.00 per hour

• Efficiently and effectively check guests in and out, provide information about property events, understand guest requests and respond to guest needs.
• Process guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner aligned with internal controls.
• Answer internal and external calls in order to answer questions, direct calls or provide general information.
• Operate AS/400 hotel computer system, credit card machine and other office equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• This position will require you to be standing during the duration of your shift. You will also be required to help assist with guests and their check-in needs.

• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior cash handling is preferred
• Basic computer and math skills are required and the ability to operate POS systems is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred
