Retail Processing Team Lead

A company is looking for a Retail Processing Team Lead to oversee processing operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in training and coaching Processors while ensuring compliance with FHA, State, and Investor regulations

Lead a team of up to 10 Processors and manage daily processing activities

Process loan applications and communicate with various stakeholders to clear loan conditions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in processing and / or reverse mortgage

Solid working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)

Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines

Demonstrated professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors

High energy and self-motivated with a positive attitude
