A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to onboard new merchant customers on payment processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct welcome calls and setup processes with new merchants
Educate merchants on using payment processing equipment and software
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in merchant services technical support is strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of credit card processing terminal / software types
Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure
Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
