Float Medical Assistant Talent Profile
1. Key Qualifications
- Certification : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA),Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)or equivalent preferred
- Experience :
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

The Float Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting patient care across multiple DOCS locations. This position is scheduled as needed and picks up shifts based on coverage needs , including weekends or evenings if applicable. The ideal float MA brings consistency, adaptability, and high-quality patient care to every clinic they support.
