About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to installation and beyond.
• Whether answering questions, resolving issues, or coordinating with internal teams, your focus will be on making every interaction efficient, helpful, and friendly.
