Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Renton, WA

Position Overview:

• Join our client as an Employee Development Specialist, where you'll play a key role in enhancing workforce skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze learning needs and set clear objectives for training programs.
• Deliver engaging content and evaluate its effectiveness against set goals.
• Conduct coaching sessions to boost individual and team performance.
• Facilitate learning events, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
• Customize training programs using various delivery methods and techniques.
• Ensure all training complies with relevant standards and safety regulations.

Essential Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3 years in aerospace manufacturing or support roles.
• Proven experience in coaching or as an employee development specialist.
• Skilled in designing leadership development courses and curriculum.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and detailed work instructions.
• Experience with structural, electrical, or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean Certification and aerospace manufacturing processes.

Education & Experience:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also considered.
