Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electrical Engineer 4 for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :
- 9 Years with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.- Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- PPE : Hard hat, steel toe boots, and safety glasses
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program is required.
WORK HOURS :
5 / 40 workweek. First Shift 6 : 00AM-2 : 30 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
