Group Leader, Highway Engineering

GFT is seeking an experienced Roadway Group Leader to join our Transportation Group in Texas ! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at one of our Texas offices.

What you’ll be challenged to do :

GFT is seeking Roadway Group Leader with experience in leading teams, business development, project management and roadway / highway engineering. This role will be leading and growing a dynamic group of 70+ professionals across the state. This leader will drive project excellence, develop and mentor technical teams, and strengthen our statewide presence with TxDOT, municipal clients, toll authorities, and regional partners.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

• Communicate proactively and effectively with the Area Leader, other leaders, and staff.

Core Business Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Employment Status : Full-Time

Salary Range : $190,000 - $260,000

Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
