Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing strategies for engineering roles supporting B2B and enterprise-facing products

Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through proactive outreach, research, and networking

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and shifting priorities

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience sourcing engineers, particularly in product engineering or backend systems

Experience sourcing engineers for B2B, enterprise, developer, or API-driven products

Ability to quickly understand complex technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies

Proven track record of building strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers

Capability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
