Washington Employee Relations Consultant

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant 1.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers on employee relations matters

Conduct employee and labor relations research, identifying trends and patterns

Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to align actions with findings

Required Qualifications

2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role

2 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, and ADAAA

3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)

HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
