We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide services for clients in senior living communities throughout the north, south and western suburbs. If you are passionate about helping older adults improve their emotional, cognitive health, and daily functioning, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.

What the position entails:
- Complete comprehensive initial assessments addressing psychological, emotional, and social well-being.
- Provide weekly psychotherapy sessions to residents in senior living communities.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and our supportive clinical team.
- Maintain timely progress notes and required documentation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear, goal-oriented interventions.
What we are looking for:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Active Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker
