Job Description

  • Perform soldering tasks on electronic components.
  • Inspect solder joints for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Document completed tasks and maintain production records.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address any defects or issues.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in soldering or relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in handling small components.
  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and instructions.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
